These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that govern enrollment, scheduling, fees, and communication for every student and parent at Feham-e-Quran. Please read them carefully before beginning your Qur'an learning journey with us.
Welcome to Feham-e-Quran
By enrolling yourself or your child in our online Quran classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to maintain a professional, organized, and high-quality learning environment for all students.

Every policy below applies to all students enrolled in any course offered by Feham-e-Quran.

Class Recording
All classes may be recorded for quality assurance, teacher training, and administrative purposes. If you do not wish your classes to be recorded, please inform us before your classes begin. Please also refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Enrollment & Fees
After successfully completing the free trial classes, students who wish to continue must complete their enrollment. Tuition fees are payable monthly in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month's classes.
Late Payment
Classes may be suspended if the monthly fee is not received by the due date. Feham-e-Quran reserves the right to discontinue classes if payment remains overdue for more than seven (7) days without prior communication.
Reserved Class Schedule
Your class timing and teacher are reserved exclusively for you. If you wish to pause your classes but retain the same teacher and schedule, the regular tuition fee will continue to apply in order to reserve your slot. Otherwise, the academy cannot guarantee the availability of the same teacher or class timing upon your return.
Student Absence
Scheduled classes remain chargeable if a student is absent, as the teacher's time has been reserved exclusively for that student. Students are requested to inform the academy in advance whenever possible if they are unable to attend a class.
Extended Absence
If a student remains absent for more than two (2) consecutive weeks without prior notice, Feham-e-Quran reserves the right to discontinue the enrollment.
Teacher Assignment
Feham-e-Quran reserves the right to assign or replace teachers whenever necessary to maintain the highest standards of teaching quality and operational efficiency.
Communication Policy
All official communication regarding classes, scheduling, payments, or academic matters must be conducted through Feham-e-Quran's official communication channels. Students and parents should not make private educational arrangements with current or former teachers.
Privacy & Personal Information
Students and parents should never share personal contact information, payment details, or financial information directly with teachers. Feham-e-Quran shall not be responsible for any loss or misuse resulting from communication or transactions conducted outside the academy's official channels.
Fee Revision
Feham-e-Quran reserves the right to revise its tuition fees periodically in accordance with its pricing policies and operational requirements. An annual fee increase of approximately 6%–7% may be applied at the end of each Gregorian calendar year. Students and parents will be notified in advance before any fee revision takes effect.
Eid Holidays
The two annual Eid holidays are paid holidays for our teachers and are included in the monthly tuition fee. No fee adjustment or refund will be provided for these holidays.
Policy Updates
Feham-e-Quran reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
